We are officially welcoming Hollywood legend James Lugo to the OTB family as our Lead Vocal Coach! James is the "go-to" guy for the biggest names in the business, having coached global superstars like Ariana Grande, Snoop Dogg, to Billy Corgan of Smash Mouth, and so many more. From the stages of Broadway’s Rock of Ages to his 10-year run as the vocal expert on American Idol, James brings a level of star-power training you won't find anywhere else.

“Music For Life” is designed to guide aspiring and working artists, songwriters, producers, and composers from bedroom creativity to sustainable professional careers. With personalized one-on-one coaching from Chris, guest mentors, optional in-house production in Arkansas, and real-world pitching opportunities, this program delivers battle-tested strategies across creative development, business mastery, and deal-making.
